I started my career behind the camera as a freelance operator, learning the craft from the ground up before growing into the strategist and leader I am today. That foundation shapes everything about how I work and how I lead.
Over the past 12+ years, I've built and scaled in-house video production functions, led company-wide creative initiatives, and developed the teams, workflows, and strategies that turn content into measurable business outcomes. At The Baldwin Group, I've grown from Video Producer to Senior Manager, constructing an in-house studio, scaling production to 250+ unique assets per year, and leading video production across brand campaigns, sales enablement, executive communications, and major company milestones.
